No, we didn’t get this much snow, but we did get THIS much (see photos below).
It has been cold, too. Too cold for Stu’s liking, fortunately our replacement space heater from Target arrived on Thursday. It’s our 3rd Vornado heater in the 11 years we’ve been together. Stu already had the first one, we added a second one so he could have one in the toy hauler garage. The first one died a couple years ago and we bought another brand at Walmart (we were in a rush – needed it for the house). This year we had both heaters in the house, one for the office and one for the living room. The Vornado gave up the ghost and I went on the search for a replacement. So far we are really pleased with this one. It works well for our high-ceilinged living room.
Stu has been waking up early and grabbed some nice sunrise photos the morning before the snow. You know what they say: Red sky at night, sailor’s delight. Red sky in morning, sailor’s take warning.
While I’ve been catching up on my backlog of “stuff”, he’s been working on a gift for our stepdaughter in Florida. She and her husband bought a new house and she mentioned a poem she loved. We got it put on a poster and Stu used old barn boards from inside our horse barn (now garden tool barn) and made a frame for it. Now we just need to get it to her!
The #2doods? Just being themselves…. I snapped this one when Cooper was watching Stu and Murphy was asking me for some loving. LOL!
