Another week without much news to report. In fact, I can barely remember what happened. I know I was busy. I know Stu was busy. Just not sure what we were busy doing. LOL!
Oh, I did have my six-month follow-up mammogram and all was good for another six months. They only checked the one that had to have a biopsy last time, in September, they’ll both get squished. I joked with the x-ray tech that I was going to leave feeling lop-sided this time.
While we were out, we did a grocery pickup. We had rain on the way into town but it broke long enough to stay dry while loading groceries. But the sky told us what was coming next.
I also caught a shot of this little caterpillar, I suspect he was trying to find a dry spot to land.
AND, it was St. Patrick’s Day, so I was a good part-Irish gal and wore green leggings. Note, they are a darker green than they appear.
This week we are getting ready to head to Bristol on Friday for the historic dirt track races. I’m not a big follower of NASCAR like Stu, but I thought this might be a fun event. We have races on Saturday and Sunday. Looking at the weather, keeping our fingers crossed they don’t get rained out.
On our way home, we will stop in Knoxville so I can see Dr. Ivy for my hand issues. This is the same doctor that did Stu’s carpal tunnel syndrome. I know my hand isn’t bad enough for anything major, but thought it would be good to get a baseline and maybe even a shot of cortisone. Time will tell.
