It’s not only December, it’s almost the second week of December! Yikes…and I know this month will be over before we know it. We had a quiet Thanksgiving at home, not even setting the table this year, opting to eat on our tray tables. Quick and easy!
Stu cooked the turkey breast in our convection oven/air fryer, we did steamable red potatoes, steamable asparagus, Stove Top stuffing, gravy, muffins, and cranberry jelly. All topped off with a piece of pie – pumpkin for Stu and blueberry for me. (Gotta love the little mini pies from Walmart.)
Stu spent the next few days working in the pole barn. He got a router up and running so he now has WiFi there. And that means his camera running. I snapped a quick photo of him puttering around.
We started December off with Stu leaving for about ten days to visit his brother in Maryland as well as other family members. It was a surprise visit, showing up at a huge family gathering at his brothers. He promised to send me pictures (still waiting – next blog maybe).
Stu and I have started walking – well, he already was, I just joined in. I’m taking it slow as my muscles get used to the extra work. LOL! We plan to get a treadmill this month, perfect for walking when the weather is nasty or too cold. I’ve tried to continue it while he’s gone and have taken a couple of photos of the scenery as well as selfies. I’m using my AirPods Pro and the PaceDJ app for music. I bought a runner’s belt (like a fanny pack on a diet – no fat belly) and it helps. The app chooses music to match the beats-per-minute (BPM) you set as a target. Mine is currently at 111, Stu runs his at 115. It will be interesting if we both listen to our music while we walk together. LOL!
Here are a few photos from my walks….
A little fun from the #2doods….
And here are my two selfies….LOL!

Looking good! Merry Christmas to you all! ♥♥
