Interesting week…

The trike is gone, Scooby is as well, and a new vehicle has joined our garage. Stu is one happy camper and I’m cheering him on. Sometime in the next few months (to a year), the Jeep will go as well, replaced with (probably) a Subaru Forester.

Oh, wait. You wanted to know about Stu’s new vehicle? It’s a 2024 Honda Ridgeline RTL in a silvery gray color. Lots of room for Cooper in the back, too. Heated seats and both the driver and passenger get powered seats. The driver seat settings can be saved for two drivers. Too many other gadgets to mention. It feels like we’ve been in the dark ages with our 2001 and 2011 vehicles.

I had my annual dermatologist appointment on Monday. I had one spot that I especially wanted looked at and she decided to take a slice for a biopsy. She thought it could possibly be basal cell carcinoma but could also be nothing. Better to be safe. I should know something in the next ten days or so.

Oh, and Cooper had discovered the ground hog. He just missed him, but was sure it would be back.

The much needed rain has arrived and stopped all progress on the deck. Not sure when Stu will be able to get back to it. Sunday, if the rain holds off, we will be setting up at a local bike show to sell as much of our bike gear as we can. Keeping our fingers crossed!

Ciao for now!

When I got my fusion 12 years ago, the salesman was fantastic. He took the time to show me EVERYTHING, even hooked up my cell phone and SHOWED me how to do things. Fast forward to 3 years ago we went back to the same dealer but not the same salesman. This young man was thrilled to make a sale but failed to show us oldies how to make all the things work. We had to go back because we could not figure out why we could not keep the air flowing (I need air blowing!!!!) The place had a field day! We had to give them the best laugh for the month if not the year. They politely showed us what that screen was for and how to make it work. Good luck!!!!!! Leigh
