Rather than work on longer projects for the deck, since we only have a couple of days left at home till November, Stu opted to do some cleanup on the deck. It was a nice, sunny day in the 60s, so Cooper and I sat out with him. Ahhhh, fall….
One project he completed, while I was gone, was the replacement of a cracked piece of siding that the prior owner had taped over. This is the piece that was replaced and it’s approximate location.
Hey, it only took seven years…but it sure looks good now!
We already had the siding, then he found this tool on Amazon, Malco SRT2 SideSwiper II – Siding Removal Tool, and it worked like a charm!
Ciao for now!
guess you were not in the part of tennesse that was pummeled by Helene… when i saw that ‘cleaning up’ thought uh-oh hurricane damage… but no.. well, that’s good….
We were 3-4 hours west of the big hit, just a lot of rain and wind so that took down a lot of leaves.
