What’s UP? Stu finished the sub-floor in the pole barn yesterday. Made him happy which makes me happy.
What’s DOWN? The HVAC guy said our hot water heater is leaking and about to give up the ghost. It was built/installed in 2006, so it doesn’t owe us anything. And their replacement estimate is $1,800. Gulp!
What’s GOOD? Lowe’s has one for under $500 and Stu says he could install it himself (with a little help from the neighbor kid for lifting), but first he will get an estimate from Lowe’s for installation.. Phew!
What’s BAD? Cooper’s hair has gotten long enough he’s shedding puff balls when he scratches. Grooming on Wednesday!
And NOT UGLY? Cooper said since we won’t color his hair, he’ll let the sun do it.

Yup, and this spring we hope to do new windows along with the possibility of re-carpeting two rooms. Oh joy!
