    The project is really coming along-I did a similar shop & also framed a ceiling in 2×6 then used the upper area for much needed storage.A friend really went all out & the upper level became a “man cave”-[think hideout] that actually became quite popular,lol.All the best

    We bought an engine hoist recently to help him lift very heavy table saw and drill press.
    Table saw too wide he had to lift one side up and anchor it to install base.
