I have no idea other than it’s been uber-busy, at least for me (and I’m the one who blogs). Some of it is due to my posting daily in the April A to Z Blog Challenge. You can see the letters A-J HERE and follow along as I finish. I have to go back to photos sometimes to remind me what we’ve been up to.
Wind – we finally gave up and pushed the new patio furniture to the end of the deck. Since it’s aluminum, it’s quite lightweight.
I quickly tired of that look and Googled some solutions. Found a good one and inexpensive. Get a really long bungee and put it around the whole thing. Works like a charm and the bungee was $9 at Harbor Freight.
After Stu got the toilet installed, he noticed a defect. Back to Lowe’s where they shipped us a new one. So today, our 16th anniversary, he took the old-new one out, boxed it up for the return, and installed the new-new one. Phew!
We took advantage of a nice day and got the front planter area cleaned up and planted our nine new azaleas. Hope they all do well and bring some color next spring.

Nothing special planned for our anniversary, we celebrate our love every day in so many ways!
