After an amazing couple of weeks with a ton of family time, Stu made it home late yesterday afternoon. Yay! He even stopped by Domino’s and brought home pizza for a late lunch/early dinner. We relaxed and watched TV – a nice quiet evening.
Today he is out mowing, he said it will take two times thanks to the growth from all the rain. So much yard work to do! He has to tackle the fungus that has attacked our Leyland Cypress trees, cutting out all the dead undergrowth and spraying with something to help kill the disease. I will help if I can. Then we have to dig up almost all our bulbs, they have propagated way too much and need to be spread out next year. He also has to mulch old and new trees (one that weren’t already done). What happened to our low maintenance yard?
