Another version of Done and Done!

Last week we told you our dishwasher died but we were fortunate enough to get a new one ordered from Lowe’s. It arrived early on Thursday and tackled the installation, having already removed the old one a couple days earlier.

Things went along well (he’s good about reading directions…giggle) with only one trip for some things he needed to change the electrical connection from hard-wired to outlet. (That’s an LED light sitting on top of the outlet.)

Of course the process also involved pulling out everything under the sink…

And, when done, putting it all away again…

Here are some of the “in process of installation” pics…

Cooper helping?

Done and running…it’s so quiet!

Friday was grocery pickup at Walmart and Stu had hoped to get some more mulch. They were out and it was too early for pizza pickup. So on Saturday, Stu took the bike over to our local Mennonite community store and grabbed some delicious cinnamon raisin bread. I’d been craving french toast. So yummy and we don’t over do it, freezing most and eating it maybe once a week.

Slicing…

Cooking on our Little Griddle…

Ready to eat!

In closing, here’s a new pic of the #2doods. They are now both three years old and the brain fairy has officially visited. They are both so good – still Tigger and Eeyore, though. LOL!

Ciao for now!

You got the dishwasher – we got the range! I don’t know how to post a picture here so I will on FB page! We are both happy having handy hubbies! Yours put in dishwasher – mine made the first meal on our new induction range (big learning curve there!)

Induction cooking is different…I remember when some folks in Ecuador got induction stoves and needed all new pots/pans. Yes, we are really lucky having handy hubbies!!
