Crazy times…busy times…holiday times. That’s what’s up! It’s been busy, busy. Stu just got home from ten days in Maryland, visiting family. I spent most of the time working on a holiday themed short story (cozy mystery). I hope to have it published soon. {Want to keep up with my author stuff? Follow dbmcnicol.com/blog}
The severe weather almost missed here, just a fierce thunderstorm with a lot of wind and rain, no damage. So sad to see all the devastation that was caused in other areas. I hope all our famly & friends survived without incident.
The next two months are going to stay hectic with Christmas, New Years, four cruises (two back-to-backs), and family visits. So blogging will vary in frequency. Cruise photos will be minimal since I don’t plan to leave the ship and Stu always forgets to take them. LOL! I will spend all my time on the cruises writing, Stu hopes to get some diving in.
Here’s a few fun pics taken while Stu was gone…
And our meager holiday decor – taking a break this year but wanted something on the front porch. Oh, and Stu put GREEN light bulbs in the porch lights. LOL!
Donna, I’m glad you avoided the damage. Wish everyone had been able to do the same. Enjoy your travels!
Trueda
Thanks, Trueda. The damage was staggering for sure. Hugs to you and Michael.
