I’m busy writing but wanted to drop an update on Murphy who gets his final stitches out tomorrow. He’s quite comfortable in his donut collar and shirt even though he looks wistful in this photo.
Spring is definitely on the way. Here are a few photos I took this morning….
Stu visited the orthopedic surgeon who took care of my shoulder. His has been getting progressively worse, impairing his sleep and causing almost continual pain. He got a shot of cortisone and a diagnosis of either bursitis or possible rotator cuff injury. Hoping the shot helps and he can delay any surgery. No signs of major arthritis though!
I had a first yesterday – an author chat I did at the local senior center. You can read more HERE.
Stu is keeping busy working on things in the pole barn – his latest is fixing the leaky transmission on the Toro lawn tractor we bought in a yard sale a few years back. I snapped this shot from our security camera. Hee-hee!
He previously replaced all the tires on the zero-turn. So much easier on the nice concrete floor with all the necessary tools close at hand. He is one happy camper!
