I wrote a personal post about coffee yesterday over on MY personal blog where I post thoughts and ramblings. I probably drink too much. I’ve always drunk too much. Years ago when I had a breast cyst aspirated, the doctor asked me if I drank coffee and if so, how much. When I told her, she said I must be a nurse. I laughed and told her my mother had been but I worked in IT. She shook her head and told me that was just as understandable.
Back at home, a few nature sightings for you. First is the bunny that alerts our security camera most afternoons and sometimes nights. At night it more the neighborhood cats that come by – we just hope they are keeping the mouse population in check.
Stu discovered a barn swallow nest in the horse barn where we currently store all the lawn equipment and snagged this photo from a distance so as to not disturb anything.
Then he discovered another nest – on top of the tire of the Freightliner! He’s not sure if it’s occupied but we sure won’t be firing the truck up anytime soon.
That’s about it for news for us – other than something I announced in my writer blog about a special event for me in June.
