Rain has definitely slowed down work on the deck footer prep. Holes were started (see this post), then filled up with water. He dug some trenches and sucked out the water with a shop vac yesterday, they were full again this morning WITHOUT any more rain. Stu hopes to put in the concrete footers on Monday with the help from our friend, Earl, but time will tell. Can he get the holes dried out enough by then?
