I never got around to posting a blog in November – EEEK! And now it’s December 2nd. How did that happen?
Here are the highlights…
- Stu is completely recovered from his surgery, got the official release from his docto
- Stu made a short trip to MD, saw family, and worked with a high school buddy to rebuild the transmission he took out of the Ranchero (he’ll blog later in the Backend of Nowhere Garage)
- We have been walking almost every day for 20-30 minutes. Cooper loves walking with us!
- I walked Cooper every day Stu was in MD and got to see the neighbor’s adorable toy poodle puppies.
- We had our first snowfall mid-month (and have flurries today).
- We tried two new places to eat in Cookeville. One was in the food truck park behind our seamstress building. One will be repeated and one will not.
- We had a quiet Thanksgiving at home. Stu cooked a great meal that gave us several days of leftovers. I think he ate the last of it yesterday.
Here are some photos from the month…you can see them all in our SmugMug album.
I almost forget – Stu moved the Falcon into the house garage for the winter. He will be working on the Ranchero as weather & parts allow, plus the Jeep needs regular maintenance stuff done so he needs the lift.
December will be a busy month as well. I have several annual medical appointments and an overdue hair appointment. Cooper get a full grooming so that means another visit to Cookeville. Not sure we will visit the food trucks again, depends on the weather. Same with a movie while there – depends on how early one we like is showing.
I am also working on moving all our blogs back to Blogger. Why? I am retiring from writing and don’t see the need to spend several hundreds of dollars each year for WordPress hosting. More info on this later in the month.
One final Cooper photo – he was outside looking in, waiting for someone to come play with him. He could easily come in through the magnetic screen. LOL!
