Latest Ups and Downs…

It’s been a crazy week+ since Stu left.

He blew a tire on the fifth wheel trailer on the way to Maryland…

Insurance will cover the damage & repairs (phew)

The next day, his batteries in the Freightliner were dead…and Good Sam Road Assist couldn’t find his member number so had to authorize a $140 charge for a jump. Later he found the card. Sigh… But he made it safely…

Meanwhile back home, I had an interesting visitor on the back deck…  A Katydid, he was at least 2″ long…

Here it was the weather…
with some interesting clouds before it hit…

Two days of almost all day/night thunderstorms and the weather radio going off constantly…

Then woke up to no internet…new router installed…had to reconfigure about 1/3 of our devices…

What does it remind you of? Looks kind of SciFi to me

Next day, power went off early…back on in less than two hours but it messed up my computer (now fixed)…no writing done for three days, but the #2doods don’t care.

The gauntlet from my office to the living room/kitchen, double gauntlet to the bedroom/bathroom.

Cooper discovered some animal under the shed and managed to wriggle his way outside the fence. Fortunately he responds to the command “In the House”…

At least my new sign arrived…my wall is complete…

“Writing…because murder is wrong” – my newest sign.

So how’s your week going?

Ciao for now!

Sounds like Stu had quite the ‘last’ adventure in the RV.
Glad he’s finally at his destination and safe.

The 2 doods look like my 3 hounds when I’m coming food.
I constantly have to step over them are around them as they wait in hope for a tidbit to drop. Lol

    Love the ‘beware of’ sign.

Thanks – it suits my writing! I love your three hounds. The thing I have to watch with Cooper is he is prone to start to get up just as I step over him. I always have a hand on the wall. LOL!
