Europe Postmortem – Laundry

LAUNDRY TIME

I’ve done hand washing of undies and wool items for a while now and traveling was the same. The required items used frequently were:

  1. Flat sink stopper
  2. Clothes line with attached clips
  3. Sheet detergent
  4. Wool detergent

The one thing we brought and didn’t use was the large (REALLY BIG) ziploc bag. Actually, it did get used once for Stu’s still damp sweatshirt after falling in the mud in Scotland (more on that story later).

The only issue I ran into, was I also carried a small size of Dr. Bronner’s Unscented Pure Castile Liquid Soap. It worked great – but it leaked every time we flew. Fortunately it was in a small ziploc bag!

Ciao for now!
