I got to thinking about how many trees and bushes we’ve planted this month. I admit I was a bit staggered!
- 9 Azalea bushes
- 10 Forsythia bushes
- 25 Emerald Green Arborvitae
- 30 Thuja Green Giant Arborvitae
Did you add that up?
- Planted = 74
- Still to be planted = 15 (Forsythia bushes)
Final total will be 89 trees and bushes planted! WOW!!!
Could we please have a round of applause for Stu and his hard work. It will pay off in the future, we’re just hoping they all make it through this year. He still has to remove the rest of the sod between the trees and mulch them. Otherwise, He still has a little maintenance work to do, clearing out some overgrown areas, but the yard is looking good.

I don’t know how he managed all that! It wears me out just looking at those numbers.
I admit to being a big staggered myself! Good thing this was done over a month. The first trees arrived unexpectedly in early March but weren’t planted until late March. Then the new trees arrived and April was taken over by prepping and planting. LOL!
For sure commend all the work–but, I’ll bet in not too long a time the yard will look terrific & really show case the home; well doe!All the best.
We are looking forward to watching them grow!
